You'll hear from us at hello@playlistdoctor.co.uk with either your Google Drive link (paid) or our plan recommendation (enquiry). Check your spam folder just in case.

You upload to your private Google Drive folder

We share a private folder with you. Drop in your music files and DJ software export — Serato backup, Rekordbox XML, Traktor NML, or Engine DJ collection.

We clean your library

We back everything up first, then get to work — duplicates removed, metadata repaired, BPM and key analysed, folder structure rebuilt. We'll message if we have questions.

Your clean library is back in your Drive folder

Within 48hrs (standard) or 24hrs (express), your cleaned library is back and ready to import. We'll notify you when it's done.

Review and request any tweaks

Import and check everything looks right. Revisions are included in every plan — if anything isn't exactly right, just let us know.

Get ready now — export your library

While you wait for our reply, export your library from your DJ software so it's ready to upload when we share your Drive folder.

Everything you need to know while you wait.

We reply to all enquiries and orders within 4 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–8pm UK time). If you submit outside those hours, we'll be back with you first thing the next morning.
Just your music files and your DJ software's export file. For Serato: a Library Backup zip. For Rekordbox: the rekordbox.xml export. For Traktor: the .nml collection file. For Engine DJ: your Engine Library folder. We'll tell you exactly what we need when we share your Drive folder.
No — never. We only work on your library database, not your actual audio files. Duplicate removal means removing duplicate entries from your library, not deleting files from your hard drive. Your music files stay completely under your control.
Never. Preserving your cue points, hot cues, beatgrids, loops and play counts is our top priority. We always take a full backup before touching anything. In 120+ libraries cleaned, we have never lost a single cue point.
No problem. If you submitted an enquiry without choosing a plan, we'll review your library details and send you our recommendation within 4 hours along with a payment link. You're not committed to anything until you pay.
Tell us what you'd like changed and we'll fix it — revisions are included in every plan. Starter includes 1 round, Professional includes 3, Agency includes unlimited. If you're genuinely unsatisfied after revisions we'll refund you in full.
