Playlist Doctor provides a done-for-you DJ library cleaning service. By booking and making payment, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by a sole trader operating as Playlist Doctor, registered in England and Wales.
All orders are placed via our website and paid through Stripe. Payment is required before work begins. By completing payment you confirm you have read and agree to these terms. Prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
You retain full ownership of all music files and library data you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share these files with us for the purpose of library cleaning. We will never distribute, share, or use your files for any purpose beyond delivering your order.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backup of all files before uploading. While we always create a backup before beginning work, we cannot accept liability for data loss caused by pre-existing corruption, hardware failure on your end, or issues outside our control.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from receipt of your uploaded files. Express turnaround is 24 hours. Turnaround times begin when all necessary files have been received and are complete. We will notify you if there are any delays. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, though we meet them on the vast majority of orders.
Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. If you are not satisfied after revisions, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
We cannot guarantee complete metadata accuracy for unofficial remixes, bootlegs, white labels, unreleased tracks, or any content not available in standard music databases. We will always do our best on these tracks but they fall outside the scope of our satisfaction guarantee. We will discuss any such content with you before work begins where possible.
We claim no ownership over any music files, metadata, or library structures you provide. All intellectual property rights remain with you and the respective rights holders. We are providing a technical cleaning service only.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost revenue, missed gigs, or reputational damage. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
